The Hampstead Ladies were born in 2004 due to the enthusiasm of Elle Gaskell-Taylor and the 5 or so local egg throwing enthusiasts who tracked her down.

By the end of our first season, we had built up a strong 15 sided team who were performing well in the friendly circuit and creating good links with other local sides. Now in our 6th season, we are a fully integrated part of the club, harassing people both on and off the pitch, at home and abroad.

We now have 2 teams playing throughout the season so whether you are an experienced player, or would like to try rugby for the first time, you will be welcomed with open arms. Having just won the league undefeated in division South East West 2, we are looking forward to seeing what South East 1 brings!!
