Ok people it's time to get the guns in order over summer so may I suggest 'THE RUNWAY OF DEATH'

Take two dumbells (the heaviest weight you can lift which for me is 10kg) then do bicep curls till your arms wont move anymore.
Then go down by 2 kilos and do it again, again to failure and repeat till you are looking like an idiot in the gym groaning as you try and lift 1kg on each arm!

No rests and always work to failure!

Then we can have a GUN SHOW at our first match of the season!!!!! DO IT!
