Sarah Cadwallader joins the crew as Fixtures Secretary.
Fleur Pijpers gets her hands on the money and becomes Finance Secretary.
Sian Davies carries on where she left off as Social Secretary.
Maja Melendez keeps the online power and retains her Webmaster duties.

2.	Development Plan All attendees presented with development plan. Club members to read through development plan and inform committee what they want adding and how they can help the committee to meet the objectives. The development plan is owned by all members of the club not just the committee. Club bid successfully for £250 from the RFUW. This was based on the development plan. Money to be spent on marketing, coaching, training courses and equipment. Debbie and Sylvie are responsible for the money and ensuring that updates are sent to the RFUW twice yearly. 4.	Constitution Ella suggested that there will be changes to the constitution with the possible deletion on the Transport committee position. Nancy raised concerns that the tasks for this role will still need to be done. Committee to decided how these will be distributed. 5.	Finance Ella informed members that match fees will move to standing order like the men’s club. Thus reducing the hassle and ensuring that we have money in our account for outgoings. Members will have the option to pay on the day or pay by a monthly standing order. Committee to decide on exact amounts at the next meeting.
